More on Dirtgate

"Kenny Rogers' pitching hand during Game 3 of the ALCS (left) and in the first inning of Sunday's Game 2 of the World Series. The lefty appears to have a similar-looking brown substance on his hand in both instances."

Come on, can't we all agree that this is a little coincidental? Look at that stuff, it's too glossy to be dirt.

I don't believe in coincidences, but then again, I don't believe pine tar could give Kenny Rogers the velocity and control he's had this postseason, either. And I didn't hear any Yankees or A's talking about "weird movement" on his pitches.

Just because nobody has said anything already is not dispositive of Rogers possibly cheating.

Rogers is a social retard, a big Texas moron who apparently cheats at baseball before smacking around skinny little cameramen.

This is a fantastic article about baseball's most famous cheaters:

Pay extra attention to the Albert Belle story (with a hilarious cameo by Jason Grimsely) and Whitey Ford (with a classic Yogi moment).

I didn't say it was dispositive, but it's circumstantial evidence in his favor.

In case you've forgotten what dispositive means:

Interesting article here:

That's a lovely theory. The Cards knew he was cheating, but they were doing the same thing, so they couldn't make a fuss.

I believe the phrase "shaving cream or suntan lotion" was used over 17,000 times in that story, and every time appropriately.

No, I wasn't being an ass Dodort. I actually copied and pasted your link into a browser and it didn't work. So I posted the article I thought you were talking about. I'll ask Anthony to rip down the prior post.

Sorry about that, it worked when I cut and pasted it. I couldn't figure out what was up.
