Bonds' attorneys sent a letter Friday to U.S. District Judge Susan Illston demanding that the writers, publisher Gotham Books, the San Francisco Chronicle and Sports Illustrated, which published excerpts of the book "Game of Shadows," be held liable for possessing and publishing "illegally obtained grand jury transcripts."

Obviously Bonds is not a victim in this instance because the information and allegations leaked and written about in the book are all true.
If Bonds were a victim of defamation, certainly he would sue for that, correct? Also, do you think the immunity granted to Bonds covers his committing tax fraud? I *really* hope the IRS gets on that one fast.
