News out of Wyoming: Steve Swindal arrested for DUI
In case any of you Yankees newshounds missed it, George Steinbrenner's likely successor and useless son-in-law Steve Swindal likes to drink and drive, according to Wyoming's leading newspaper the Casper Star Tribune.

Now we know Steinbrenner can never die or at least he has to out live that guy.
It's amazing how many examples of drunk drivers we've seen dead, injured, or caused death or injury. Yet, it continues.
This type of behavior will not be tolerated.
The funny thing is Steinbrenner always seems to have a soft-spot for this type of behavior. How many players has he been generous with despite their continued drug abuse? And in this instance, I'm sure that George's overwhelming reaction is to give Swindal a pass. Personally, I think this type of behavior is unacceptable, certainly not befitting our future "boss."
But George is a funny guy- this may not even register on his radar.
Regarding players, I would say the leader has to be the late Steve Howe. He got busted 7 or 8 times?
He was the poster man for screwing up and getting another chance.
How many of these scumbums get x chances because they got money? It goes to show you money keeps you from pound me in the ass prison. Or keeps you from cheating death another day.
Just remember how many breaks the league has given Steinbrenner... His misconduct has gone way beyond a DUI.
That's a good point- the old man himself was quite the criminal in his more energetic years.
Steve Howe was a moth...
