Friends, we are on the verge of taking control of our season. Is it me, or is this season the most exciting in about five years? Even though we didn't win it until the final week last season, I feel so much more connected to this team. It's a lot more like 1996, which I'm sure we would all agree was the glory year. This is going to be a great two months...

I agree that this has been an exciting season so far but we have to give credit where its due- Mike Mussina and C.M. Wang. These two warriors have preserved a precarious rotation so that we may even speak about a postseason here on the threshold of August. I have been the type to curse Mussina in the past, and perhaps I had good cause, but this guy has been nothing short of excellent all season. And Wang, I hear Modell's Sporting Goods now offers your number on those ubiquitous blue T-Shirts. Congratulations, C.M., you've arrived in a big way. Let's make this final push worth it, warriors.
