Cliche Alert

Man, the Yankees players are flakes. Giambi on Pavano's opening day start:

"I know what it's like to pick yourself up. I hope he embraces it," Giambi said. "This is a chance to show everybody the type of pitcher he is. I know what it's like to come from hell. I have danced with the devil a few times."

If only we'd all make $20 million per and be free to spend it when we're in hell.

Was it the devil who gave Giambi the steroids or growth hormones?

I don't want to solely blame Giambi but the Yankees haven't won a World Series since he got there. Maybe Giambi needs a new deal with Satan?

Don't make fun of Giambi. He gives 110% every day, . He goes the whole 9 yards. He plays them one day at a time. He's just happy to be here and hopes he can help the ballclub. He just wants to give it his best shot, and good Lord willing, things will work out.

Wow, dodort, not only do I not know who you are, I never thought you would like him so much.

Just 1 question though:

Is he paying you to be his girlfriend or do you really like him?

Danny, I believe old Dodort was packing as many cliches as he could into 15 seconds of writing, and I, for one, was laughing out loud.

But I laughed out loud at your original comment, too.

I certainly has not intention of disrespecting dodort. I was looking for some reaction from the staff.

Maybe I'll have to become Anti-Yankee to get the gang posting/commenting again? Maybe they're gone for good? Maybe?
