The best thing about a 5 game series is that you're always pretty close to winning it. Sans souci. Jaret Wright does the job tomorrow and we're back in New York.

This is pathetic -- It is just like it was last year and the year before that when we we blew the Boston series. They even nailed it on baseball tonight last night -- the yankees have defeated themselves and look defeated on the field.
I am a Yankee fan, but this team is cashed.
I received an enigmatic call last night, perhaps from Ordinary Guy:
"We got beat by the best...we suck."
Indeed.
Yes -- Unit is done. ARod will be traded. Moose will not be resigned. Sheffield's option will not be picked up and Torre will be fired. This is too many years with too much talent not to succeed.
This is so depressing
Torre should be fired.
As of the 5th inning, let me re-state Torre should be fired.
